I think I'm going to move this to scraps later ._.

I was really just.. playing around. Ignore the drawing.. it's horrible, I know. I was trying to practise the colouring o_o 'Cause I've nevereverever done anything like that before. *shrugs*

it kinda looks like a younger Tseng, because he looks more girlish, but its still beautiful

I like this -a lot-. I love Tseng, and this is such a refreshing take on him - instead of big, silent and tough, he's more sweet, innocent - but still silent. I think with his character, you can't get away from that. Lovely picture.
